- Cancellations or amendments will not be accepted until they have been confirmed by the resort by return fax or email.
- We understand that circumstances may arise, necessitating a cancellation of your reservation. The required notification varies per season:
High Season
- Guest is responsible for 100% of total reserved value for cancellations made within 21 days to the arrival date.
- Deposit of 100% total reserved value is required 21 days before expected arrival date.
Low Season
- Cancellation made less than one day before expected arrival date, guest is responsible for 1 night charge.
- No show guest is responsible for 100% of total reserved value.

Peak Season
