The SAYANNA Ultimate Reshape retreat at Epic SANA Algarve engages both fitness and wellness over a week-long experience. EPIC SANA Algarve Hotel boastsfive separate restaurants (seasonal) and one bar that offer a contemporary menu filled with sophisticated tastes that will take our guests on a trip into the world different flavors, focusing specially on Algarvian ones.

  • Abyad Restaurant: buffet breakfast and dinner (buffet, à la carte, or table d´hote depending occupancy). Guests on half board basis will have meals here.
  • Al Quimia Fine Dining Restaurant: it offers à la carte or two tasting menus paired with our sommelier selection of the most renown wines. Reservation required. Adults only. (Closed from 17th November 2019 until 31st January)
  • Open Deck Restaurant (seasonal): this open-air restaurant and bar with a charming location by the pools is the best option for healthy and light dishes. In the evenings taste the best of the Portuguese cuisine. Reservation required.
  • Lima Restaurant (seasonal): during Summer it offers the brunch for guests staying at the Resort Suites. Italian restaurant for dinners. Reservation required.
  • UDDO: meaning 'wood' in Japanese, this modern asiatic restaurant and bar offers a contemporary twist on the traditional Japanese izakaya dining. 
  • Bluum Bar - This modern and trendy bar offers a wide selection of spirit drinks and tapas throughout the year. Don't go home without drink a cocktail with innovative flavors, textures and sensations.

Guests attending wellness retreats with meal plans will have breakfast and dinner at Abyad restaurant.  Lunch will be served at By EPIC Bar or Open Deck depending the season.

payment policy

Overall: 

  • Stays between 16 July and 31 August – free cancellation up to 8 days prior to the arrival date (12 noon, hotel local time). Cancellations with 7 or less days prior to the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total stay reserved;
  • Remaining periods of the year – free cancellation up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date (12 noon, hotel local time);
  • Cancellations within 72 of the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night reserved;
  • Non-arrival (no-show) and early departures will be subject to a charge equivalent to 75% of the total stay reserved.

For Retreats: 
  • Reservations cancelled up to 2 weeks before the arrival date, 30% of the total value will be charged.
  • Reservations cancelled less than 2 weeks from the arrival date, the total value will be charged.
