Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel focuses on fresh, colourful cuisine to optimise health benefits during your stay and to encourage healthy meals. Food is rich in bioactive compounds and anti-inflammatory and alkaline components, with a mission to inspire guests to adopt habits which reflect balance, moderation and common sense, for sustainable, healthy eating. Ingredients are sourced from local markets and artisanal suppliers to promote the communities. 

There are several detox juice diets available and guests can opt for vegetarian, gluten-free, high-protein and low glycemic dietary options. The kitchen takes a Mediterranean anti-inflammatory approach to organic, chemical-free cuisine.
