payment policy
- Trisara requires 50% deposit from total amount for a confirmed reservation.
- Guests can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.
- When cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival, the Hotel reserves its right to charge the 50% of reservation amount for a cancellation fee.
- In the case of early check out at any period, the Hotel is entitled to charge the entire reserved period.
