There are six room types at Billabong Retreat. Treehouse dorms are shared and sleep four females, while Lodge and Cottage rooms are available with en-suite and shared bath facilities. Private treehouse rooms are ensuite and sleep two to three, while Deluxe Cabins sleep up to three persons, and feature an outdoor bath and spacious balcony.
All meals are served buffet style and utilise a plant-based menu, promoting an increased vegetable intake among retreat goers. The dishes served are in line with the health and wellness philosophies of the retreat, while allergies and intolerances can be easily accommodated with prior notice.
