The health of your brain is vital to overall wellbeing, and Samahita's Brain Health Upgrade Programme is uniquely equipped with a comprehensive blend of traditional practices and modern technology to care for and improve the state of your brain and how it works. The programme combines the classic approach of yoga, fitness, breathwork, nutrition, and meditation with a combination of mitochondrial enhancement through light therapy, brainwave modulation through Audio-Visual Entertainment, EEG biofeedback meditation. Each day of the programme includes a Brain Health Upgrade session, which will enhance cellular energy, create relaxation, and improve sleep and brain function, while also allowing you to start or enhance a meditation practice.

The resort’s solar-powered, eco-conscious accommodation lies away from the main building, allowing guests added privacy and respite. All rooms boast balconies, queen-size beds, wifi, a personal locker, air conditioning and tea and coffee making facilities. - Cancellations received 30 days or more before arrival date: 50% of the program rate is non-refundable.
- Cancellations received within 14-29 days to the arrival date: 75% of the program rate is non-refundable.
