The first: Grand Hotel Quellenhof has a classic luxurious elegance of the Swiss world, they offer six spaces: the Junior Suites, Corner Junior Suites, Suites, Royal Suites, Grand Suite, King Suite & King Floor.

The Second: Spa Suites gives you an opportunity to mix wellness with rest. It is meant to be a place for recharging. They have the Spa Loft, Spa Loft Superior, Spa Loft Deluxe, Spa Suite, Presidential Suite, Penthouse Suite.

The Final: Grand Hotel Hof Ragaz is a more traditional hotel experience, with elegant and exquisite furniture along with warm tones setting a regal and comforting atmosphere. They have several rooms such as the Comfort, Deluxe, Grand Deluxe, Deluxe Suite, Grand Deluxe Suite, Two-Bedroom Suite, and the Family Room.

Payment is available by cash, Maestro, Postcard, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, My One Card and Bonus card.

You will receive a weekly interim account for services provided during their stay. The final account has to be paid no later than your final day there.

Cancellations for booked hotel rooms and suites must be received by the resort at least 10 days before the scheduled date of arrival. If it is past 10 days a charge will be made of up to 3 days of the cost of the booked services, depending on the length of stay.

Cancellations for booked treatments in the To B. Wellbeing & Spa, To B. Beauty & Care, Medical Health Center, at the hairdresser James Good for You, tee-off times on either of the golf courses as well as table reservations in the restaurants must be received by the resort at least 24 hours before the designated time. If a cancellation is received less than 24 hours before the designated time, the resort reserves the right to charge for the service booked.

As an alternative to cancellation, you are free to nominate an alternative person to utilise the booked services.
