Born and raised in Norway, Julie has spent the last six years moving around the world, from Australia to the UK. Julie grew up playing every sport under the sun, and after playing handball for 17 years started looking for her next challenge. She discovered CrossFit in 2013 and hasn't looked back since. Competing in international competitions for the past three years while studying for an MA in International Politics, Julie set up WIT Fitness in London and WIT Fitness Asia in Hong Kong. Now working as Export Manager for Norwegian eco-brand Tufte Wear, Julie has found a way to combine her environmental and health interests into the perfect work-life balance.
