Reebok Crossfit Asphodel’s General Manager and Crossfit Kids Instructor, Aubrey believes in living healthy and eating well. She has resided in Hong Kong for the past five years with her husband, one-year-old son and french bulldogs. With an affection for travel, this California native holds certification in Remedial Massage therapy from Melbourne Australia, Pilates teaching credential from Auckland New Zealand, and L1 Crossfit Trainer certification from Zhejiang China.
